Orders placed after 3pm will normally be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays are usually dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

Large & Heavy Orders
Orders are calculated by weight. Larger orders, or parcels that do not fit within Royal Mail small parcel limits, may automatically move into a higher weight band or courier service.
This helps make sure your parcel is sent safely, correctly, and with the most suitable delivery option.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please allow a few hours for tracking to update after your parcel has been collected or scanned by the courier.

Yes. Heavy orders are calculated by weight and may be sent using a suitable courier service.
