How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected, current order volume, courier availability, weekends, bank holidays and seasonal demand. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Do you sell imported sweets?
Yes. We stock a growing range of sweets, snacks and drinks from the UK, USA, Japan and other countries.
What does BBE mean?
BBE means Best Before End. It relates to product quality rather than food safety in the same way as a use-by date. Short-date or past-BBE products may be sold at reduced prices where suitable and clearly marked.
Can I send sweets as a gift?
Yes. Mystery boxes, themed bundles and future gift vouchers are great options for gifting. More gifting features will be added as The Candy Cabin grows.
Can I change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Do you run competitions?
