When will my order be dispatched?
Eligible in-stock weekday orders placed before the published cutoff aim for same-working-day dispatch. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on bank holidays normally move to the next working-day queue.
Where is my tracking information?
Tracking is normally provided after the parcel has been handed to the carrier. Use the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation for the latest carrier information.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Keep the item and packaging, take clear photos where useful, and contact us with your order number. We will guide you through the next step.
Can I return sweets?
Return eligibility depends on the product and circumstances. Contact us before sending anything back. Faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are treated separately from ordinary change-of-mind returns.
What happens during hot weather?
Heat-sensitive confectionery can soften or melt in transit. We cannot guarantee temperature-controlled delivery. Please see our Delivery Information page before ordering chocolate or fudge during hot weather.
