Our Returns Policy
We want every Candy Cabin order to arrive safely and as expected. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help where we can.
Food & Perishable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we may not be able to accept returns on sweets, snacks, drinks or edible items unless there is a genuine issue with the product or order.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, packaging and delivery label so we can investigate properly.

Refunds & Store Credit
Where a refund, replacement or store credit is approved, we will confirm the next steps with you. In future, some goodwill gestures or approved credits may be added directly to your Candy Cabin account.
